Reasonable used of CSFT materials, CSFT arch bridge become one of powerful competition objects of large span bridge, which has a very good application prospects. As the latest bridge type, CSFT arch bridges have not experienced the large earthquake test. The vibration control design standard about CSFT arch bridge has not established. The research of CSFT arch bridge about vibration control mainly simulated through the finite element model, however, it is lack of verification by experiment. Therefore it is necessary to carry out shaking table test as the verification and supplement of existing research.Theory of energy dissipation was applied in the structure sElsmic control of High-rise buildings firstly, which has many forms and good effect. Viscous damper is one kind of useful energy dissipation equipment which has been used in sElsmic control of bridge, but its technical parameters selection still lack the necessary theoretical support. Therefore it is necessary for its adoption and guidance by experimental research. It is meaningful for engineering practice.Based on the shaking table test as a means, the article studied the sElsmic performance of CSFT arch bridge and the sElsmic control of viscous damper. The main content of this paper involves the following:1. Taking a through CSFT arch bridge as an example, the paper proposed the formula which can transfer the composite material into single. Then the research group made a 1/30 steel experiment model.2. The research group carried out shaking-table test of the through CSFT arch bridge. By contrasted and analyzed experiment data, the article summarized discipline of the dynamic characteristics and the displacement of the ribs in special section.3. Established the finite element of the through CSFT arch bridge, the paper analyzed the internal force and displacement in the ribs special section. By contrast with experiment data, verified the experiment is accuracy and the finite element model is feasible.4. The research group carried out shaking-table test of the through CSFT arch bridge which added analog devices of viscous damper. Then the paper analyzed the internal force and displacement in the ribs special section whit analog devices of viscous damper.5. Established the finite element model of the through CSFT arch bridge with viscous damper, the paper analyzed the sElsmic performance in the ribs special section. By contrast with experiment data, verified the experiment is accuracy and the finite element model is feasible.6. Based on the finite element analysis model, the paper analyzed the internal force regularity of rib by added different viscous damping coefficient to the element real constant which simulating the viscous dampers.
