Research On Sponge City Construction Strategy Of High Density Urban Area In Rainy Regions

In the process of rapid urbanization in our country,high strength of urban development seriously changed the original state of city water cycle,and the urban rain flood safety suffered a serious threat.Among them,which is more acute is the high density urban areas with rainy climate.It's hardly to solve the present problem depending on the traditional antiquated drainage method and aged drainage pipe network systems.Then,a new way is needed.This paper as a crossing research between "urban renewal" and "ecological rain flood management",researchs from the perspective of the seriousness of the urban rain flood contradiction and the difficulty of constructing sponge in high density urban.First of all,the paper studys about the theory research and application of ecological rain flood management related to high density urban area with rainy climate and different climatic region at home and aboard,to cover the related theory and practice foundation.And then,our typical spatial characteristics of the high density urban area is conclused,which is compact construction interstitial gap,street space dominance,positive and negative space uniformity,and land function diversity.After that,the paper summarizes the difficulties in the sponge renewalling management of high density urban area,such as existing space city crushing,large hard underlying surface,sponge stretched,drainage system aging,and confluence of rainwater and sewage.The implement sponge carrier of high density urban area is divided into buildings,roads,and urban open space from the perspective of space.It studies 17 categories and 27 small classes sponge implementation way which can adapted to the high density urban area in rainy regions.Finally,this study proposes a practical strong high density sponge implementation strategy system in rainy regions in the view of technology and policy,which mean space planning strategies such as planning control,system construction,layout,technology selection,and administrative management strategies such as laws and regulations,performance assessment,the rain flood monitoring management,maintenance and management after building,public participation and mission,economy.It provides more sponge city theory in our country,so as to provide a reference for the sponge city of high density urban area research and practical application.
