With the environmental pollution problems and energy shortage highlighted,the use of new energy vehicles to replace traditional cars is the general trend,including Europe,the United States,Japan,China,and many countries and regions are also vigorously develop new energy vehicles.In order to keep pace with the gradual development of new energy vehicles,China has promulgated many policy standards to encourage and standardize the development of power battery systems.However some employees do not fully possessskilly possess the professional skills in this field,such as using propely the power battery,repairing and maintaining the battery system,while the number of post-market employees corresponding to the sales of the new energy vehicle market is relatively small with a large gap.Therefore it is an urgent task that we should improve the professionalism of the relevant practitioners and increase the delivery of them through effective teaching platform and teaching methods.Power battery system is not only the energy source of electric vehicles,but a key component of this experiment training platform.Designing this platform,we consider the following points: 1.Several commonly used power battery characteristics and different packages form the characteristics of the battery pack.2.Some basic functions of the battery management system(battery status analysis,battery status detection,battery information management,energy control management and battery safety protection).3.Mechanical structure of lightweight,good heat dissipation,strict seal and other design requirements.4.High-voltage electrical insulation and safety.5.Battery system different heating methods and characteristics of different cooling methods.Finally we selected The 18650 type ternary lithium battery to build power battery system,while Natural cooling and PTC heating panels were used to realize the battery thermal management,As well as the pre-charging method was adopted to ensure the high-voltage electrical safety.In the design of the hardware and software of the experimental platform for Electric Vehicle battery powered lithium-ion battery system,I designed the battery module structure,the current,voltage,temperature and insulation resistance detection circuit of the battery management system,the electrical connections and related elements in the system Device selection.At the same time,in terms of software,I completed the basic operation flow setting of the system,the function module of the system fault detection,the function and interface design of the host computer and the communication design of the system.Finally,I will combine the addition of the experimental bench and the main teaching panel through the previous design of hardware and software to complete the experimental training platform for the overall design.The experiment platform of electric vehicle powered Li-ion battery system can collect the related data such as voltage,temperature,current,SOC / SOH and energy of power battery system,and then display the status information and fault detection result of battery pack through upper computer interface Battery charging.For displying the teaching demonstration process,it can be used for power battery system experimental training mission,the relevant personnel learning,teaching and experimental training.
