Study On Residential Landscape Planning And Design

Under the new normal of China's economic transformation into high quality development,China's real estate industry has also ushered in a new period of transformation and development,followed by a variety of new styles and new situations of residential area landscape appear constantly.From the professional perspective of landscape design,it is believed that how to make the natural landscape and local memory that have been far away from the urban life reappear in the living environment has become one of the topics that landscape architects are concerned about.The study of the living environment in European countries and other western countries began with the Industrial Revolution of the 19 th century.Our country began gradually after the founding of New China.In the 21 st century,the concept of planning and design of residential area landscape continues to adapt to the development of the society and to innovate and improve,which further reflects the ecological,cultural and functional.This paper adopts the literature research,case analysis,field investigation and other methods,and combines the corresponding technical route to carry out theoretical discussion and practical research on residential area landscape planning and design.Based on the relevant theories of residential area landscape planning and design,human-oriented,ecological and harmonious human settlements are taken as design concepts to study the principles and methods of landscape planning and design in residential areas.This paper selects the cases of Jinan Lishan Mingjun Phase?Resiential Area,Mianyang Shuiyun Binjiang Residential Area and Baiyangdian Hot Spring City Yongji Expert Apartment in three different regions to analyze and study,and summarizes the design features in the case design.Combining practical projects,the following conclusions were drawn from the study of the overall layout of residential area,the planning of scenic spot,the analysis of traffic planning,as well as the plant,water,paving,small facilities,lighting and other landscape design of special research:The premise of residential area landscape planning and design is to respect nature,and to adhere to the human-oriented,ecological,harmonious human settlements and other concepts,and making a unified design on the plant landscape,road landscape,water landscape,small facilities landscape,paving landscape and lighting landscape.Considering the use of landscape,we should also pay attention to the characteristics of the landscape,regional and economical.The landscape of the residential area is a microcosm and reflection of the urban landscape in which it is located.Only by closely integrating the characteristic of the city such as climate condition,plant resources and water resources,and fully excavating the cultural heritage of the city,can we design a residential landscape with distinctive regional characteristics.In the designing of the residential area of the Champs Elysees in Nanyang,local rich plant resources,water resources and long history of cultural landscape are integrated into it.Though a single waterway,the whole space is effectively connected,and the theme of the “Champs Elysees” is expressed through the main axis of the landscape and the artistic meaning of each scenic spot,so as to create a harmonious neighborhood landscape environment with regional cultural connotation and to embody the landscape image with local characteristics.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for future landscape planning and design of residential areas and provide important reference.
