| Characteristic towns are space platforms that are different from administrative division units and industrial parks and have clear industrial orientation,cultural connotation,tourism,and certain community functions.Currently,from the central government to the local governments,they are strongly supporting and encouraging the construction and application of featured towns.The construction of a special town is being carried out in all parts of the country.The flower-oriented town is a new featured town with a flower industry as the core,through the creation of flower landscapes,the development of flower tourism and trade and commerce industries.The state and local governments have issued relevant policies to support the construction of flower-specific towns.Due to the fact that China’s flower town construction has just started,the current lack of experience,the imperfect industrial chain,and the short development cycle,this study takes “flowers” as the core,and strives to achieve industry and landscape by highlighting the flower landscape and flower industry.The development of integration will stimulate the development vitality of the featured towns.To a certain extent,it has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the development of similarly featured towns.This paper is based on the landscape ecology,the AVC theory of landscape planning for featured towns,and the “3S+3L” theory.It is based on the research of industrial characteristics and landscape design of small towns with flowers and the planning and design of Luonan rose town.Practice,for example,through field surveys and comprehensive analysis methods,analyzes the problems encountered in the construction of flower-oriented towns,sums up relevant experiences in the construction of flower-specific towns,and provides reference for the construction of flower-oriented towns in the future.The specific research results are as follows:1.Understand the development history of the featured towns of flowers,the general situation of research at home and abroad,and the relevant policies of our country on the construction of featured towns,and put forward our own research problems and methods.2.Study on the characteristic floral towns from two aspects of landscape and industry.The landscape mainly summarizes the related elements of landscape design,the pattern of flower landscape display,and the types of spatial representation;the industry mainly conducts in-depth research on the industrial characteristics of the flower-oriented towns,and analyzes and compares typical cases at home and abroad and draws on successful experiences.To build a development model for the integration of cities and towns for small towns with flower characteristics.3.Based on the theoretical research,the development of Luonan rose town construction was proposed from the perspective of landscape and industry: landscape design,the overall conception of Luonan rose was first proposed,the overall layout was proposed,and then special design was carried out.,Detailed planning of road traffic,architectural design,sketch design,plant configuration,etc.,while studying the rose culture and local regional culture,integrating cultural elements into landscape design,and enhancing the cultural connotation of the town;On the other hand,an innovative development model for the rose industry was proposed to create a comprehensive industrial chain for the rose industry,business services,and tourism industry.The rose industry and specialty towns were elaborated in terms of rose cultivation,product production,and flower tourism.The coupling of tourism further proposes a general planning method for the town of flower characteristics.4.The proposed method was applied to the construction of Luonan Rose town,and the feasibility of the theory was tested through specific practices.It is hoped that in our country,it will provide reference and help for the construction of a small flower town. |
