In recent years,in China's rapid economic development environment,as well as the construction of infrastructure is accelerating,especially the development of high-speed rail projects,the number of prestressed bridges is also increasing dramatically.With the application of prestressing,the prestressed concrete bridge has the advantages of small cross section,heavy weight and large span,so the prestressed concrete structure of various systems is widely used in construction.And the filling capacity of the prestressed concrete bridge determines the bearing capacity and durability of the prestressed concrete bridge to a great extent.Prestressed bridge recirculation grouting is a new type of channel grouting process.Compared with the traditional grouting method,the circulating grouting process is to bring out the air and impurities in the pipeline through the slurry circulation way,which can achieve high quality grouting.There are many factors influencing the quality of circulating grouting,which can help to understand the characteristics and effects of circulating grouting technology.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:1,through the cycle grouting single hole grouting test,double hole simultaneous grouting test research,focusing on the test using the instrument,the test process and the test phenomenon,the results discussed in the process of rolling grouting process,the grouting process of the grouting parameters And the final compaction density,the final grouting time and the compaction density were analyzed,and the experimental basis was provided for the numerical simulation.2,by means of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)analysis method for single-hole grouting test,double-hole grouting test grouting process for digital simulation,the image of the reproduction of the channel grouting flow scenarios,the air content within the pipeline to verify the cycle pressure And the results of the above test were compared with the results of the previous study to verify the accuracy of the numerical model.3,Based on the CFD analysis method,the numerical simulation of the actual engineering is carried out,and the control indexes which affect the quality of the circulating grouting are analyzed and optimized to meet the requirements of the Yangtze River Bridge in Yichang City.Construction technology,improve the quality of the cycle grouting and guide the construction of the purpose.
