| Conventional point method in the subgrade compaction engineering has played an important role,but point method is limited to the test method of discrete,not overall response compaction effect,it is difficult to guarantee the project quality consistency.In this paper,some engineering K26 section act as the test section,the vibrating road roller are installed a intelligent compaction control system with the sensing technology,precise positioning technology,computer technology a,doing a large amount of experimental study.The water rate,type of packing and thickness of filler are the same as parameters in the test process.Through gathering embankment with mild,moderate,severe three compaction state of CMV value,contrast sand filling point test in the above three kinds of compaction state degree of compaction of 24 point values,the global booth method was applied to test section measuring the degree of compaction of data processing,create the actual degree of compaction of sand filling method and intelligent compaction control system acquisition of CMV value under the packing of linear correlation,therefore,the target CMV value of the test section is determined as the calibration control value of its RCC.Guide the construction with the CMV values,in combination with high precision positioning system can accurately identify caused by uneven moisture content abnormalities,packing and so on the compaction of unqualified area,and timely replacement of the compaction process for on-site processing,make it reach the goal CMV value calibration of compaction degree,to ensure the integrity of the rolling area.Compared with the point detection method,the subgrade intelligent compaction system solves the problems of leakage pressure and underpressure.However,the CMV value reflects only the degree of compaction of the compressed material from the force majeure of the compressed material to the vibration wheel.In order to distinguish it from the CMV value,the COMSOL Multiphusics finite element simulationsoftware is used in this paper,to simulate the roller static pressure again,weak vibration,forced four times of rolling process,obtained the crushed material under different compaction times curves of stress and displacement curve,different times at the end of the compaction of the change of the displacement nephogram of stress and displacement relationship.Simulation analysis shows that the displacement of the crushed material is almost the same in all 5 and 6 times,the change rate close to zero,the crushed material can be thought has the desired degree of compaction,in accordance with the actual sand filling and compaction,explain from the Angle of the crushed material stress can also verify that crushed materials compaction state.The simulation results show that the stronger vibration has better compaction effect.If you change the kinds and compaction process,can use COMSOL Multiphysics finite element simulation software to simulate the model,can provide valuable reference basis in theory.in order to optimize the compaction process. |
