Study On The Design Of Infant Transfusion Room Based On The Concept Of Service Design

Nowadays,paediatric medical products and medical environment have been gradually promoted from basic medical needs to experience needs.After the product has been basically perfected in function,parents and children pay more attention to the medical service experience gained in the infusion process.This requires that the hospital not only pay attention to how to complete the infusion,but also pay attention to the patient’s infusion experience when providing infusion service.Hospital to provide tangible medical researchers and drug for transfusion service main service mode,through its visual environment,space layout,language or interactive work to increase its infusion of intangible service,which makes the medical service site needs to do more design thinking.Based on the existing problems of the contact environment of the infant transfusion process,this paper studies the design concept and method of children’s transfusion room redesign through service design concept.The thinking of this topic research is based on service design theory research background,the child infusion room environment as the research scope,in transfusion room space of visual,layout,medical products,communication language as the carrier,discusses the property of systematism of infant transfusion room design,finally to guide the children’s hospital in wuhan city infant transfusion room to carry on the design.The main problems of the study are: the medical services that children come into contact with in the transfusion room,and lack of pertinence for the young children.The process of transfusion service lacks emotional transmission,it can not provide a good infusion experience,and the service experience integrity and upgrade space.The significance of this study :(1)to analyze the design problems of various aspects of infantile transfusion service by using the service design thinking,and verify the applicability of the service design in the service system of infantile transfusion room;(2)the service of children’s infusion environment needs to be aimed at young children,so as to facilitate more targeted treatment of fear,tension and anxiety in the treatment of children.(3)improve the physical medical environment and strengthen the intangible service during infusion,which will help to draw the doctor-patient relationship and improve the infusion experience.This paper analyzes and studies through five major sections :(1)literature review(chapter 1).With a transfusion room design and children to serve as the background paper research topic,and clear topic related concept,analyses the dynamic at home and abroad,this paper infant transfusion environment of service design research purpose,significance,(2)hospitals in wuhan children,transfusion room(chapter 2).Through field investigation,the characteristics of the children’s transfusion room were analyzed,and the problems affecting the transfusion service experience were affected.(3)analyze service design and explore the method of redesigning children’s infusion room based on service design(chapter iii).(4)based on the empirical research object of children’s transfusion room of wuhan children’s hospital,the design idea of four service contents(chapter 4)was proposed based on service design and children’s demands.(5)the prospect and summary(chapter 5)are summarized in this paper the research content of infant transfusion room service design and plan,put forward the problems in the present stage preschool transfusion room,infant transfusion room in the future and even children’s medical space makes a preliminary outlook on service design.
