Application And Improvement Of The Modular Production Of Middle Voltage Inverter For SFEC-WX Company

Modular production is invented with economic development and diversity of customer's demand.Based on the rapid development of information technology,the advanced production mode has important theoretical significance and practical value for the enterprises to manage their cost,quality and delivery effectively.First of all,this thesis summarizes the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars on modular production,and analyses the process of enterprises' production mode from mass production,lean production to the modular production,expounds the advantages and disadvantages of various production methods respectively.On this basis,the characteristics and advantages of modular production mode are discussed.Secondly,the thesis elaborates the modular production application of middle voltage inverter in SFEC-WX Company,including the modularization of product design,supply chain procurement mode,modular production mode of the corresponding quality strategy and staff configuration in detail.Thirdly,the thesis analyses the problems in SFEC-WX Company,such as the modular decomposition of product is not balanced,the supply chain information is not clear,procurement personnel basic ability and quality of the system are not perfect and lack of internal information management system.Finally,in order to solve these problems,the thesis puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions,mainly how to strengthen the company's internal and external communication and improve the level of information sharing by the establishment of efficient information management system.By using the pull production mode,to further promote the rationalization of product's modular decomposition,improve the production efficiency of the staff.Also,to make further efforts to coordinate the supply chain members so as to advance the whole competence.In a word,it is hoped that the research conclusions of this thesis can further improve the production mode of SFEC-WX,and provide meaningful reference for other enterprises in the same industry.
