With the acceleration of urbanization, urban residents face a series of spatial injustice situation.Excessive mobility of motor vehicle use, causes extrusion on public transport and pedestrian environment. The needs of different population groups therefore can not be met properly, especially of the disadvantaged individuals. The assessment of urban planning and transportation are mostly oriented toward utility theory.Accessibility research matures in recent years, but attention to slow traffic is not enough, and accessibility evaluation of multi-mode travel is one of the development directions of accessibility research. Therefore, this study will focus on how to evaluate the accessibility of different modes of travel from the perspective of spatial justice. The theoretical research includes the theory of spatial justice, the comparison of accessibility measurement s and the introduction of structural accessibility.Subsequent studies have established a technical rout e for computing and evaluating structural accessibility based on spa tial justice.Applied research takes Nanshan District,Shenzhen as a range, analyzes the accessibility and accessibility distribution under the three modes of travel in detail, and compares it with the distribution of economically disadvantaged and physically disadvantaged, and further evaluate the support of land use and transportation system in Nanshan District for travel behavior and the degree of satisfaction with travel demand,so as t o identify the unjust area in Nanshan District and evaluate the reality of accessibility level in Nanshan District.Applied research shows that the distribution of structural accessibility in Nanshan district has the phenomenon of north-south differentiation and the overall distribution status is reasonable. At the same time, there are differences in the distribution of structural accessibility in different spatial justice dimensions, and the structural accessibility level of physical disadvantaged people needs to be improved.Through the research of this paper, the structural accessibility evaluation model is optimized and perfected, and the evaluation framework under the perspective of spatial justice is established. The evaluation results can provide reference for future planning revision.
