As an important part of railway roadbed,roadbed slope by heavy-duty train long running and rain cold climate impact,easy to produce cracks,leading to slope and internal stress level and distribution mechanism,change,directly affects the safe and stable operation of the train.Therefore,it is very important to protect and control the slope of sub-grade.We analyze slope disease problem,the author of this paper,based on the comprehensive evaluation method of slope erosion and frost heave problem,he fiber soil erosion resistance and freeze resistance of expansibility,experimental study and numerical simulation laboratory.(1)Based on three different types of fibers in different embedding angles,different degree of compaction,overlying load and different water content under the condition of stress distribution is analyzed,at the same time,comprehensive comparison compaction,overburden,the fiber stress and embedment length are not proportional.(2)According to the maximum dry density and optimum water content test specimen,unconfined compressive strength test,studies have shown that for 60-200 microns in diameter,Direct shear tests show that when the fiber diameter is 80-150 microns,,fiber length is 16 mm,the enhancement effect is most obvious,fiber strength with the increase of fiber content increased first,then decreases,when the fiber content is around 5 ‰,reach the maximum,the soil increased by 27.6%.(3)The erosion performance of the fiber soil is studied by using the automatic artificial rainfall device and simulating the erosion of the slope of the railway sub-grade.The test results showed that the anti-scour performance was the best when the fiber content was 5 ‰-6 ‰,and the anti-scour performance was better than that of ordinary fiber soil and wavy fiber.(4)The selection of the Atlantic high-speed rail section of the fill test samples for different fiber content of anti frost performance test,compaction effect of fiber content,degree of frost heave(5)Put forward the general flow of fiber soil slope protection design are introduced new line fiber soil skeleton slope protection forms of embankment and cutting slope,soil slope protection of the fibers six arrises brick has carried on the design,and puts forward the measures on both lines of embankment and slope of defect. |
