Switched reluctance motor(SRM)has been applied more and more because of its simple structure and low cost.But torque ripple and running noise limit its further application.In this paper,a new segmented switched reluctance motor drive control technology is studied.The new multi-stage structure switched reluctance motor adopts a three-phase stator structure,and each phase winding is separated from the adjacent windings with 120 degrees of electric angle.This structure can achieve a large range linear inductance change and improve the magnetic circuit of the switched reluctance motor.The running performance of the motor is improved.The paper focuses on the driving control technology of the new segmented switched reluctance motor.Firstly,the working principle of the switched reluctance motor(SRM)of the traditional structure and the segmented structure is analyzed,and the piecewise SRM system model and the quasi linear model are established,and the related mechanical equations and the electromechanical relation equations are given.According to the nonlinear modeling method of switched reluctance motor,the magnetic chain of the rotor at 3 angles is obtained by the rotor clamping method.Then the mathematical modeling of the switched reluctance motor is realized by obtaining the magnetic chain data of all angles by mathematical fitting.Secondly,the traditional control method of switched reluctance motor is analyzed,including voltage chopping control,current chopping control,angle position control and direct instantaneous torque control.In addition,a control mode using fixed duty cycle continuous flow in the phase of continuous flow commutation is proposed to increase the time of zero voltage continuation to reduce electricity.The fall of the flow in the phase of the commutation.Thirdly,based on the low precision position sampling of the segmented switched reluctance motor,through the Fourier harmonic analysis of the discrete rotor position angle,a vector tracking observer which uses the fundamental wave model and the harmonic model as the feedback is established to realize the accurate estimation of the angle and the accurate measurement of the speed.Then,the design of 22 kW switched reluctance motor drive control system is completed,including current sampling,position signal interface and asymmetrical half bridge driving circuit.The design of drive control algorithm is completed,including main program,main interrupt program,PI algorithm and vector observer algorithm program.Finally,the experimental verification and analysis of the drive control system of the segmented switched reluctance motor are carried out,including the flow control scheme and the Rev compensation experiment and the double closed loop control experiment of the speed and current,and the vector observer algorithm,the torque ripple and the dynamic response of the system are verified.
