With the development of aluminum alloy structure in our country in the 90,it has developed rapidly with the unique advantages of aluminum alloys,including aluminum alloy single-layer reticulated shell,aluminum alloy double-layer reticulated shell,aluminum alloy truss and other structural forms of aluminum alloy structure,of which the single layer of aluminum alloy reticulated shells is the most extensive.However,a large number of aluminum alloy single-layer reticulated shells used in the Temcor gusset-type joints due to its own node structure problems in the mechanical properties of the shortcomings.In this paper,a new type of aluminum alloy joint-column plate aluminum alloy joint is studied,at the same time,in order to better analyze the behavior of the column plate joints,the mechanical properties of plate joints are compared,the main contents are as follows:(1)Experimental study on the rotating property of column plate joints and plate joints.Based on the parameters of moment-rotation curve and failure mode,in this paper,the static behavior of the column plate joint and the plate joint under the action of bending moment load is studied experimentally,and the bending moment-rotation curve and failure mode of the two nodes in plane and outside of the plane are obtained.The experimental results are analyzed,and the conclusion that the initial stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of the column-plate joint is superior to that of the plate joint is obtained.(2)Numerical simulation of the rotating property of column plate joints and plate joints.Based on the software abaqus of large finite element analysis,the refined finite element model of column-plate joint and plate joint is established.The bending moment-rotation curve and failure mode under the action of two kinds of in plane and outside moment load are obtained,and the validity of the numerical model is verified by comparing with the test results.On this basis,the parametric analysis of the column plate joints under different load combination is carried out,and the moment-rotationangle(force-displacement)curves and failure modes of the column plate joints under the load of bending,axial compression and axial pull are obtained respectively.And the researchon the behavior of plate joint under axial compressive load and axial tensile load is carried out,and the force-displacement curve and failure mode are compared with the column plate joint,and the conclusion that the axial force performance of the column-plate joint is superior to that of the plate joint is obtained.(3)Theoretical analysis of static behavior of column plate joints and plate joints.Based on the trilinear model,the moment-rotation curve of the column-plate join is analyzed theoretically,the curve prediction formula of the column-plate joint is presented,and verified by the experimental and numerical simulation results.The force-displacement curve of the column-plate join is analyzed theoretically,the curve prediction formula of the column plate joint is given,and the simulation results are validated,which proves that the formula is reliable and effective and provides theoretical support for engineering design application.
