Nondestructive testing is a very important method for the design and manufacture of servo parts and the final product quality control.As an important means of fault diagnosis and detection,nondestructive testing technology has been playing an important role in the quality assurance of aerospace servo parts.Therefore,it is necessary to study the application of X-ray real-time imaging system in the nondestructive testing.This paper mainly studies the application of X-ray real-time imaging system in the nondestructive testing of servo parts.The paper first analyzes the structure of X-ray real-time imaging detection system.According to the characteristics of the servo parts,the main technical indexes are determined,the overall scheme of the testing system is put forward,and the hardware facilities and the software scheme of the testing system ar e discussed.Secondly,the gray value statistical model of the image formed by the real-time X-ray imaging system is analyzed.The mathematical model of the relationship between the gray value of the image and the voltage and the current is established,and the mathematical model is verified.On this basis,the key parameters of tube current,tube voltage and scanning speed were determined.In addition,the paper studies the processing methods of the images formed by the X-ray real-time imaging detection system,including enhancing and de-noising the image and geometric transformation.The wavelet enhancement method is proposed to enhance and reduce the noise of the image.The adaptive wavelet enhancement method not only can effectively suppress the noise,but also can preserve the effective information of the image to a great extent.The image scaling function is realized by cubic convolution method.The defect size measurement function was realized.Finally,the thesis analyzes the effect of non-destructive testing system,tests the stability and sensitivity of the system,and the performance meets the design requirements.The sensitivity and detection efficiency of the system are discussed.The sensitivity is better than the traditional film photography met hod.The detection efficiency is much higher than the traditional film photography method,and the detection efficiency is improved by 90%.
