Bearings are the key components of contemporary machinery in industrail production and military.Working conditions can siginificantly affects their life and reliability.Temperature is one of the most important parameters that characterize working conditions,lubrication states and failure modes of bearings.When an overload occurs or nearing the end of life,the bearing will often facing deterioration of the lubrication,casuing the scuffing failure,then resulting in an increasing of temperature.The inner ring of bearing is often used as the rotating part,but the lead of sensor on the inner ring can be difficult.Therefore the working temperature of bearing is commonly characterized by the one on the end face of the outering ring.But the outering temperature cannot describe the actual temperature accurately bucause of the siginificant difference between the temperature on outer ring and inner ring.In this paper,a method of integrated sensor based temperature measurement on rotating bearing ring.With semiconductor technology,the in-situ integrated manufacturing techonology based on bearing is studied.The power supply and signal leads is realized using wireless technology.Based on these studies,the measurement temperatre is closer to the temperature of contact area.This paper provides a reference for bearing condition monitoring of special conditions,and provides a method for front-end sensor of intelligent bearings.Firstly,designing an overall program of the temperature detector system on rotating bearing ring based on integrated thin film resistor.According to the analysis of temperature field of the rolling bearing,the temperature difference between the inner and outer ring is analyzed to determine the area of measurement on inner ring.Based on the nature that the resistance of platinum varies with the temperature,the temperature measurement principle of thin film resistor is studied.Designing the grid structure and the film system of thin film and analyze it's self-heating effect.Designing a lead method and a power supply method for the system.With an ARM core,developing an embedded circuit to process the signal.Then,the fabraction of thin films was studied for the film system of thin film resistors.Through experiments,the rational process parameters of magnetron sputtering for a certain film were obtained.By characterizing different thin films,the insulating layer satisfies the insulation requirements,the mid-layer meets the binding strength requirements,the resistance of temperature-sensitive layer has a positive linear relationship with temperature,and the protective layer can withstand high temperature.Finally,calibration experiment was carried out to verify the temperature detector system on rotating bearing ring based on integrated thin film resistor.The sensor is reliably connected by epoxy and silver paste to flexible printed circuit.The temperature measurement system of the bearing rotating ring with integrated thin-film resistance temperature sensor was developed with in-situ manufacturing process.A standard thermocouple was used to calibrate the temperature measurement system.A simulated working condition experiment is carried out to verify the practical effect of the temperature measurement system in simulated bearing working condition.
