With the rapid development of three-dimensional digital technology,not only the computer's data processing objects has expanded from two-dimensional to three-dimensional,but also the development of industrial automation has been advanced.The posture adjustment of industrial components based on the three-dimensional model is the product of the development of industrial production automation.This paper studies the posture adjustment method of industrial parts based on three-dimensional model,with the help of a three-dimensional scanning equipment,three-dimensional model's data set of the industrial parts are obtained before entering the machine tool,namely three-dimensional point-cloud,and make posture adjustment with the help of computer technology.The main research work of this paper is as follows.Firstly,in order to solve the problem that the volume of three-dimensional model is huge and disorderly,this paper makes use of the shape rules of the industrial parts and describes them mathematically,and designs a scheme for the extraction of point-cloud's inflection points.The main idea of this scheme is to extract the key points that can describe the characteristics of the model according to the shape feature of the part,and filter out other impurity points,and form the the feature-point set finally.The main purpose of this solution is to simplify the point-cloud data and improve the speed of the subsequent adjustment algorithm,thereby optimizing the speed of the whole algorithm.Secondly,according to the key-point set of the three-dimensional model,under the condition that the obb bounding box algorithm is insufficient to correct the 3d model posture,this paper designs algorithm to calculate the optimal point-pair based on the target-point set's inflection-point set and the reference-point set,and according to the rigid principle of the objects,a new method is designed to calculate the normal vector of point-pair.Finally,the normal vector of point-pair is used as the rotation axis to rotate the target point set to achieve the goal of adjusting the posture of the target model.Finally,the above algorithm is programmed in this paper,and the feasibility and correctness of the above algorithm are verified.The experimental results are analyzed andsummarized.At the same time,predictions and prospects are made for the future development of posture adjustment algorithms based on three-dimensional models.
