In the country "Chinese enterprises to go out" and "The Belt and Road Initiative" strategy driven by China's enterprises in the international engineering business grew rapidly.Europe and the United States in order to gain more competitive advantage in the international engineering market,continue to seek to use technical standards-based technical trade barriers to increase the difficulty of international enterprises in China's corporate performance.Existing literature research focuses on the comprehensive discussion,lack of system based methods,using industry practice data for empirical study.This study uses the inductive design method based on grounded theory,relying on the past practice data of enterprises,and provides theoretical guidance for the future engineering practice of enterprises.In this study,according to China's largest international engineering and hydropower enterprises in China Construction Group 73 staff in-depth interviews,the application of standard of international engineering companies to collect relevant information,according to the international engineering experience of China's enterprises rich,mainly on the application of international engineering technical standard system are summarized,analyzed the international engineering standards in various regions of the world use distribution,combined with the status quo the application of international standard engineering enterprises in China,put forward the realistic demand to Chinese enterprises in international engineering standards research.This study through the investigation on the international engineering enterprise representative,the international engineering personnel data system which uses grounded analysis method,the impact of building international engineering standards difference model,analysis of various factors that influence the international engineering standards of enterprise applications,the specific impact of mining standard difference of the enterprise engineering in practice,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The main results are as follows: 1)in the external environmental factors,"social security" and "environmental law" are two factors affecting the international project bidding and the performance of the most important factors in the project;2),"engineer" and "project site" and "source of funds" is the impact of early selection standard the most important factor;3)in the international engineering practice,standard application differences are mainly embodied in the language,thinking mode,standard,the implementation of five aspects of cognitive style and reputation;4)in the international project management process,the prominent problems in the design phase difference caused by the standard set,the specification for the design of the application difference influence.Finally,based on the above research results,put forward to enhance the enterprise China international engineering standards application ability strategy: on the one hand,mainly through strengthening cooperation and communication,and the owners of multi-level training and consulting engineers and foreign institutions to improve the standard of European standards of cognition,and by adopting the management mode of design procurement integration,improve the application ability of design standard the stage,so as to improve the application of international engineering performance ability of enterprises in our country.On the other hand,we should strengthen the declaration of advanced technical standards and cooperate with the standards for examination and approval,and actively promote and use them after the promulgation of the standards,so as to provide assistance for the implementation of Chinese enterprises' international projects.
