The steel frame of the cold-formed thin-walled steel composite wall is made up of the support between the steel column and the column.Then the structure plate,heat insulation material and surface decoration material are installed on both sides of the steel frame,thus a composite wall structure system is formed.This article in the existing C Steel column composite wall and Web Light Steel(Web Light-the Gauge Steel)columns composite wall to innovative design of composite wall body,on the basis of the study of the two kinds of schemes of Steel and wood combined with new composite wall,one way is by the cold-formed thin-walled Steel and wood square with groove through the self-tapping screw together,composition of Steel and wood truss combined with small,as a combination of coldformed thin-walled Steel wall frame columns,scheme 2 is the cold bending thin-wall Steel with groove and the loose board with C type column,the goal is to make full use of the advantages of Steel composite structure,On the premise of ensuring the shear capacity and stability of the composite wall,the heat insulation performance of the composite wall is improved,and how to apply it in assembly is studied.This paper is the main research method of the finite element analysis and comparison,analyzing and comparing different panel materials,thickness,single and double side board,the presence of vertical force and different sizes of cold-formed thin-walled steel influence on new composite wall shear bearing capacity,and combined with existing C steel stud wall shear performance comparison.Results show that the new composite wall design is reasonable,under the condition of the boundary conditions,the structure of the panel thickness and panel material,single and double panels,steel thickness and the applied vertical load effect on the shear bearing capacity of the composite wall is larger,and the scheme of a wall on the ductility of the whole than a typical C steel pillar wall and scheme 2 wall of good,on the strength and stiffness of the overall scheme of a no typical C steel pillar wall and scheme 2 wall of good,a typical C steel pillar wall and 2 each performance is close to the wall.In addition,the design of 2D modular design and the modular design of residential flat are studied,which meets the requirements of engineering application.
