Currently,the dotted strap-on linkage of launch vehicle has caused excessive concentrated load in its working process.In order to solve the problem fundamentally,a new type of strap-on linkage structure—the linear bundled separation device—is needed to be developed.This thesis firstly simulates the working process of linear bundled separation device,and deeply discusses the principle of separation and linkage of such device.On this basis,the thesis fulfills the optimization of linear bundled separation device and works out its matching auxiliary structure.Finally,the thesis tries to make a design of its simulation experiment based on the similarity theory to verify the uniformity of the stress distribution of linear bundled separation device.The thesis establishes a complete frame of analysis,optimization,design,and verification,which can provide a further reference for the typical structures of our country's launch vehicle.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The thesis explores the working principle of linear bundled separation device.Based on the finite element analysis,this thesis simulates the state of binding and the process of separating by static and explicit dynamics,and analyzes its stress and working principle.By gradually increasing the load,the most suitable range of the transient internal pressure P for separation has been detected.The factors that affect the separation are also explored.(2)The thesis optimizes the geometry shape(the center line)of linear bundled separation device.Through the comparison of various types of curves,the thesis finds out that double line is the best type of line in this situation.Based on this,the thesis selects the most appropriate optimization algorithm and constraint conditions to optimize the specific size of the shape.(3)The thesis makes a design of the matching auxiliary structure.Based on the topology and the technology of size optimization,combining with the matching design of the semirigid shell structures,this thesis designs the auxiliary structure for the inter-stages and the boosters.Then,based on the strategy of hierarchical partition optimization and with two systematic circular optimization,the weight of rocket is further reduced while the transmission efficiency of the load is increased.(4)The thesis accomplishes the simulation test.Based on the similarity theory,the similar model is designed by dimensional analysis,and the equivalent model is designed aiming to the uniformity of stress distribution.The concrete 3D model is made with the help of 3D printing,and the experimental design of the simulation test is completed.
