In the second half of the nineteenth century,since the new architecture movement in Europe,the concise quest of architectural design in different eras has never stopped.But in today's multicultural architecture-environment,with the principle of rationality in modern architecture,reducing architecture to achieve infinitely close to its essence,the simple and pure architectural appearance and rich architectural connotation bring people a unique aesthetic and spatial experience.With the return of the people's aesthetics to the simplicity,the architectural style of minimalism tends to be a trend in the architect's practice in the future.Analyzing the minimalist trend of thought and the minimalist tendencies of architectural practice at the methodological level will be helpful to the development of domestic architecture.It begins with the exploration of architectural simplification in architectural industry in different periods,understands and evaluates the simple aesthetics of eastern Zen and western Minimalism of 20 th century.It combines the current era background and raises new significance of minimalism-trend-architecture in new era,and summarizes the characteristics of concise form and pure space with the analytical methods.Secondly,minimize the concise form of minimalism-trend-architecture to the simplicity of formalism with the help of relevant architectural practice case and inductive its design methods in the aspects of the construction of the pure basic form,the material expression,the blanking of the detail structure,and the combing of the architectural skin.Taking the combination of space mode,light and shadow processing,the combination of building structure and space as the entry point to summarize how the pure space of minimalism-trend-architecture has rich connotations.Based on this research,summarize the expressed methods of form and space of contemporary minimalism-trend-architecture,and put forward evaluations and recommendations about the future development of domestic architecture.
