With the continuous development of cushion technique,there are more and more shaking table tests for studying dam pers.However,the shaking table test used for the main structure of shocking absorption system is expensive and time-consuming.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop a damping steel frame experimental device that can be assembled and reused.On the basis of the requirements of shaking table test,the section-dimensions of the beam-column for damping steel frame are determined primarily.Combined with the basic theory of steel connections,the structure of the new connections of H-beams was determined.In order to study the mechanical properties of the new beam-column joints in the steel frame and the applicability of the steel frame for shaking table tests,finite element analysis and experimental research on the new joints and steel frames are p roposed.Therefore,this article mainly studies the following content and draws relevant conclusions:(1)Identifying the test scheme of joint.A pseudo-static testwas performed on four new and traditional fully bolted connections of H-beams with different construct methods,and the failure mode,P-? hysteresis curve,M-? skeleton curve,bearing capacity and ductility performance of the joints were analyzed.It is found that the structure of the new fully bolted H-beam beam-column joint is reasonable,and the mechanical properties of the weak-shaft connection joint can be improved.Through the metallic materials-tensile testing,the material properties of the node specimens were obtained,and the finite element software ABAQUS was used to model the joint test process,and the analysis results were compared with the test results.It is concluded that the finite element software ABAQUS can be used to model and analyze the nodes more realistically.(2)Based on the test results of joint,the new connection was simulated by finite element software SAP2000,and the overall steel frame model was determined.The dynamic characteristics of the steel frame and the damping effect of the viscous damper structure are analyzed.The test conditions and viscous damper parameters were determined,and the shaking table test was completed for the analysis results.In order to verify the rationality of the integral finite element modeling of the steel frame,the finite element analysis results were compared with the shaking table test results.It is found that using the finite element software SAP2000,the semi-rigid steel frame can be simulated more realistically,and the method of guiding the experiment through finite element analysis is more reliable.
