Research And Design Of Clearing Settlement System Based On National Transportation One-card Interconnection Area

On May 5,2015,the Ministry of Transport issued the "Guidance on Promoting the Healthy Development of Communications Cards to Accelerate the Realization of Interconnection." This opinion proposes the near-term goal: to unify the technical standards of the city's card industry,and to establish a nationwide safe,efficient,and grading city card clearing and settlement system.In addition,the “Operation” stated that in the future,Guangdong will continue to promote the interconnection and interworking of public transport cards,issue the “Guangdong Provincial Public Transport Card Management Regulations”,and vigorously carry out research on the application of mobile payment in the public transportation card industry.In this context,it is necessary not only to meet the clearing standards for the interconnection and interoperability of transportation cards in Guangdong Province,but also to meet the standards of the Ministry of Communications,so as to promote the development of the national transport card interconnection and interoperability work.This paper proposes a regional interconnection and clearing settlement system that meets the standards of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications,aiming at the development trend of China's transportation and card interconnection.Around this system,the main research work of this article includes the following aspects:Firstly,,introduced the research background and significance of this topic.After that,it briefly introduced the research status of clearing and settlement of traffic card at home and abroad.Then it introduces the technical outline of the data classification and the Hadoop platform,and then introduces the security research of the system to ensure the security of the system.Secondly,this paper focuses on the system architecture,functional architecture,technical architecture,deployment architecture,and data architecture for clearing and settlement.Then it will focus on the detailed analysis and design of key functions such as data clearing and settlement system clearing,landmark card clearing,international card sorting,clearing monitoring,statistical analysis,black list management,and report management.By clearing the system's international card,it can connect with the Ministry of Communications to exchange data.Finally,functional tests are performed on the clearing and settlement system,and the abnormal results of the tests are a nalyzed and the final page of the system is displayed.
