With the accelerated integration of new generation information technology and automobile industry,automobile has changed from traditional means of transportation to a new type of intelligent travel carrier.The collection and transmission capacity of automobile data has been greatly improved,but the exposed safety problems and potential risks are becoming increasingly prominent.In the current digital and intelligent background,in order to realize the effective supervision of vehicle driving safety,it is very important to build an intelligent supervision system.As an infrastructure in the management platform,the traffic safety monitoring system is an indispensable part of the whole monitoring system.Through the investigation and analysis in the field of traffic safety,combined with relevant technical theories and development status,this paper designs and implements the intelligent networked vehicle traffic safety monitoring system based on in-depth learning technology,and completes the main contents of the data processing module,vehicle monitoring module,vehicle analysis module,traffic rule management module and historical data query module in the system.Among them,the data processing module is an important guarantee for the realization of the system.On the premise of completing the calibration work,combined with the real road monitoring scene,the data processing module improves the yolov4 vehicle detection model,and analyzes the vehicle driving data in detail through the training of deepsort algorithm model and the calculation of TTC traffic conflict index,so as to provide data support for the realization of the system;The vehicle monitoring module and the vehicle analysis module display the relevant data of the vehicle in a visual way from the perspective of the whole and the individual respectively;The traffic rule management module adjusts the current traffic rules according to the road traffic conditions by calling Baidu map API interface,so as to reduce the traffic pressure;The historical data query module queries the corresponding information from the database according to the needs of users.The system uses Python as the programming language,Django as the web development framework,and establishes an interactive relationship with My SQL database through ORM object relationship mapping technology.According to the whole process of software development life cycle,starting from the requirements analysis stage,this paper describes the functional and non functional requirements of the system in detail through functional module diagram and use case diagram.Then it introduces the main contents of the system design stage according to the charts and textual descriptions such as system flow chart,class diagram,sequence diagram and so on.Finally,the black box test method is used to design test cases,and strictly test the function and performance of each module of the system to ensure that it meets the on-line use standards.In general,the test results of the system meet the expected standards,and the operation is stable and effective in the on-line test stage.
