Research Of Rural Planning In The Agro-pastoral Ecotone Of Ordos Under The Background Of Beautiful Countryside Construction

With the construction of new socialist countryside recently in China and the construction of beautiful countryside,from the emergence of the rural complex to the strategy of "Rural Revitalization",the core is the "three rural issues",which means that the development of China's rural areas will usher in a new stage.As an important part of the development of urban and rural integration,the rural area is the key factor to promote the construction of new urbanization,and also the starting point and focal point for implementing the construction of ecological civilization and developing the Beautiful China.Therefore,the countryside with "production development,well-off life,civilized countryside,clean village and democratic management" will be the core goal of our rural construction in the future,and it is also necessary to guide rural areas in all parts of the country in an orderly way.Based on the background of the current beautiful countryside construction,this paper focuses on the rural construction in Northwest China,taking the rural areas of the Ordos agro pastoral ecotone as the research object,commenting on the related research status at home and abroad,and combing the related rural planning theory and practice work to identify the development status of the rural areas.It summarizes the existing problems in rural development and analyzes the causes in depth.At the same time,combining the related development background and the typical case experience at home and abroad,further clarifying the development demand,and exploring the development path of rural planning,effectively promoting the rural planning work in the ecotone of Ordos.Finally,through the research of basic data and effective screening,two different representative types of villages are selected as cases study in the agro-pastoral ecotone of Ordos,which are the agricultural dominated country:Huang Mu Du village in Dalad Banner and theanimal husbandry dominated country:Mei Lin Miao village in Uxin Q.At the same time,based on the analysis of the status quo and problem analysis,the strategies for different types of rural planning are discussed from four aspects: ecological environment,industrial development,village construction and infrastructure.
