Architecture is an important part of everyday life.For engineering materials,wall materials occupy the main location.With the economic development,the improvement of the construction industry,more good performance,high quality and low price of new wall materials have been gradually promoted in the market,which is also in line with the great national support for new wall materials.However,faced with many new wall materials in the market,how to ensure that the selected wall materials meet the requirements of "advanced technology,safe application and economic rationality" has become a problem to be solved when selecting wall materials.Based on this background,this article takes the project of Project H as an example,and gives priority to the research on the non-load-bearing partition material in this project.First,based on the introduction of the concept,application necessity,value engineering concepts and application steps of new wall materials,the article analyzes the main problems existing in the selection of new wall materials in current projects and analyzes the feasibility of applying value engineering principle to the selection of new wall materials.Based on the detailed analysis of the functional and cost of the non-load-bearing partition wall in this project,the article takes the H project as an example to calculate the function coefficient and cost coefficient of each option of the non-load,And then determine the value coefficient of each program of optional materials for the non-load-bearing partition wall of the project.Through the calculation of the value coefficient,the article chooses the lightweight partition as the optimal solution for the non-bearing partition of H project.In the process of the application of value engineering theory,AHP is used to determine the weight of functional indexes of non-load-bearing partition walls.For the calculation of the cost index of non-load-bearing partition walls,the article adopts the LCA method.The article takes H project as an example,and applies the principle of value engineering to the selection of non-load-bearing bulkhead wall materials in this project.The application procedure of value engineering principle,the establishment of function index of non-load-bearing partition wall and the determination of weight of function index can all provide reference and reference for the selection of corresponding wall materials for other similar projects.
