Hu Xian Chong Yang East Commercial Area Design Research Under Regional Culture

In recent China,in the process of rapid expansion in recent decades,cities have become more homogeneous.Actually,there are series of reasons causing this phenomenon,such as the impact of economic globalization,the lag of design ideas,the blind imitation of Western architectural design,the poor urban planning,the extensive of construction and management issues,the impact of Internet on the real business and so on.Therefore,the excavation and integration of regional factors under the influence of the design techniques and building wisdom becomes very significant.This paper based on the analysis of the large number of theoretical studies and typical design cases,discussing how the design of regionality of commercial districts can not only guarantee the basic using quality,but also emphasize the traditional culture and the geographical characteristics.What is more,I used a project--Huxian Zu'an town of Chung Yeung City commercial district design,which I have participated in,to explore and summarize the methods and design techniques,with a view to help provide the corresponding regional architectural design of basic research.There are six chapters in this paper:the first chapter elaborated the research background and the research significance,established the research content and the research object and putted forward the research method and the paper frame;the second chapter summarized the theory of commercial district design and regional development;the third chapter summarized the characteristics of the commercial districts in terms of design principles,design methods and expression factors;the fourth chapter through four cases —“Lijiang ancient town”,”Yuanjia Village”."Chengdu Tai Gu Li" and "Beichuan Ba Na Qia district",analyzed the geographical architectural design in some aspects;the fifth chapter according to the author's participation in the project-Hu Xian Zu An Zhen Chung Yaung Dong Shi Commercial District Architectural Design,explored and analyzed the regional application in the architectural design from the project background to the specific operation of the project;the sixth chapter is the summary and thinking of the whole paper.
