The Function Evolution And Design Of Contemporary Urban Public Library

Research of this paper is based on the author during engineering practice to participate in the "new library of shaanxi province" project construction practice,and by combining project,in view of the contemporary urban public library functions and design in-depth study.Article starting from the function of public library development evolution,analyzes its evolution law and the characteristics of contemporary function space,in turn,summed up the contemporary background of information society,the function of the urban public library space new types and their characteristics.Then it puts forward the function design strategy and method of contemporary urban public library,and analyzes and studies the construction practice project of the new library of shaanxi province.This paper gives a solution to the function design and space construction and organization of the contemporary urban public library from the humanized construction of the public library in the city and the construction of functional space diversity.First of all,the full text is based on the research background of writing this paper,the analysis of the paper research significance and purpose,combining domestic and foreign latest theory research and practice achievements of the status quo,put forward the thesis of research contents,research methods and research framework.Then,the function evolution theory of urban public library is studied.Paper two sides of the library and the library in our country from abroad,respectively,the evolution of the development of public library of the deeper exploration,and then analysis the function of public library space evolution characteristics and evolution of influencing factors.Secondly,based on the basic theoretical research of the early chapters of the thesis,this paper discusses the problems of public library building case investigation and analysis and the current problems of building function design of public libraries in China.Through to the domestic and foreign classic public library building case investigation and analysis,and conclude that the functional space characteristics,comparing with public library function space present situation at home and abroad,analysis summed up the domestic urban public library building is an urgent need to solve the problems in the design of function space.Then,based on the previous theoretical research and practical interpretation analysis,this paper proposes the functional space design strategies and methods of contemporary urban public libraries.Through architecture and disciplinary interactivity between library science research analysis,it is concluded that contemporary urban public library function characteristics,and then put forward to meet the needs of contemporary urban public library function design principle and method,and analysis the public space construction strategy and method of library function,finally combining with the development trend of library building,it is concluded that the public library in the future development trend of thought.Finally,the paper research theory strategy was applied to practical guidance and advice,for 'new library of shaanxi province architectural practice function diversified design in-depth analysis of the project,and design at present,the proposed construction for the diversity of the function space design optimization strategy.Finally,the conclusion and thinking of the thesis are drawn from the theoretical research and practical analysis of the previous chapters.
