Stranded wire helical springs(multi-strand spring for short)is a cylindrical spiral spring which is formed by the synthesis of a single or multi layer coaxial line with the same spiral direction by the multi strand wire stranded wire.Compared with the ordinary single strand helical spring,it has unique performance,such as excellent vibration absorption and vibration absorption performance and strength,which is the key component of the aero engine and automatic weapons.In addition,the multiple springs can also be widely used for very smooth vibration equipment(such as vibrating screen,vibration crushing equipment,etc.),high precision worktable and transport vehicle,to replace the traditional single spring and rubber spring.The further development of multiple springs has been restricted by various factors,including high cost of spring trial production,low machining efficiency of machine tools and so on.Compared with the foreign machine tools,the shortcomings of domestic machine tools are very obvious,so it is urgent to improve and upgrade.It is very difficult to determine the machining parameters of multiple springs by trial and error method.In order to shorten the trial period of multiple spring and improve the yield and quality stability of multi spring reed processing,a set of finite element simulation scheme is proposed in this paper,which solves the problem of long period and high cost of multi spring trial production.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)according to the problem of high trial cost of multi ply spring machining,the forming and springback simulation based on ABAQUS software are carried out on the process of spring machining,and the simulation model can accurately simulate the process of spring forming and springback.(2)based on ABAQUS finite element software,multi group simulation experiments are carried out by adjusting processing parameters,and the corresponding data of processing parameters and simulation springs are accumulated,and a solid data base is laid for the further optimization algorithm to optimize the processing parameters.(3)Using the simulation data and the support vector regression algorithm to optimize the processing parameters of the target spring,and make use of the selected processing parameters to make multiple springs,and finally get the spring products that meet the needs of the enterprise.After evaluation and appraisal by the enterprise,the spring performance of this project is well qualified.The effectiveness of the method is proved. |
