In the past decade,with the improvement of people’s living standards,automobiles have become an indispensable travel essential in people’s lives.The safety of automobiles has also been increasingly concerned by consumers and related departments.Tire Pressure Monitoring System(TMPS)is a new type of vehicle safety technology that improves the safety of vehicles.Its main function is to monitor the tire pressure and tire temperature in real time,and to alarm when the tire pressure is too low.To ensure traffic safety and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents.Firstly,the thesis analyzes SAW technology,and studies the influence of tire pressure and temperature on tire performance.Based on the discussion of common domestic and foreign technical solutions,a new scheme is proposed: namely,the use of SAW sensors as sensitive components.,Combined with embedded technology,build tire pressure monitoring system.In addition,the structure,model and characteristics of delay line type SAW devices are studied and analyzed.Second,the paper studies the key technologies of SAW sensors.The analysis principle of the system is emphatically analyzed,and a new type of delay line type surface acoustic wave sensor with simultaneous measurement of the tire pressure and its internal temperature is designed.The response of the surface acoustic wave device under the excitation signal is studied and put forward.Wave signal data acquisition and processing solutions.According to the characteristics of the system,the entire detection system is planned and designed,and the whole module is designed for the control part of the entire system.The signal transceiver system,the transceiver control system,the signal echo processing system are analyzed in detail,and the modules involved in the system are analyzed in detail.Hardware design and software writing.On the basis of the system,a network protocol stack is added to realize network communication.Through GPRS communication with the host computer,multiple test points are assembled in a vehicle network for overall monitoring,and the relevant safety information of the vehicle to which each device terminal belongs can be completed simultaneously,including tire temperature and pressure,temperature inside the vehicle,Gas composition,vehicle location information,vehicle speed,fuel consumption,etc.Based on this,according to the existing experimental conditions,the experimental program was formulated: namely,adjusting the temperature through the air conditioner,simulating the pressure change of the tire with the pressure adjustable pressure tank,putting the SAW sensor module into the tank,and receiving and returning the main control module The signal can be used to upload the processing result to the PC through the serial port and send data through the network interface.Finally,the actual debugging of each module completed the debugging of the main control module,RF module,and network module.The following conclusions were drawn: The SAW sensor is sensitive to temperature and pressure,the entire system runs well,and multiple data point signals are transmitted rapidly to meet the car.Tyre pressure detection system requirements.
