Telescopic boom is the main component of truck crane's bearing capacity,and accounts for 20% ~ 30% of the total quality of crane.Therefore,the mechanical performance of the telescopic boom not only determines the overall function of the crane,but also affects the economic performance of the crane in the market competition.There are many kinds of truck cranes,and the working conditions are more complex.The application of traditional design not only needs a lot of repetitive work,the design cycle is long,but the accuracy is not high,it involves more conservative,resulting in the heavy product and can not give full play to the mechanical properties of the material.Taking the telescopic arm of the truck crane as the research object,this paper takes the telescopic arm of the truck crane as the research object.On the basis of the load determination and the force analysis,the two development of the parameterized modeling,statics analysis and the optimal design of the telescopic arm is realized by using the ANSYS software as the platform.Through the static analysis of the telescopic boom,the stress,strain and displacement clouds are obtained,and the mechanical properties of the telescopic boom are understood intuitively,and the modal analysis is used to understand the natural frequencies and vibration patterns of the telescopic boom,to avoid the resonance caused by the external load,and the flexion of the telescopic boom should be obtained by the buckling analysis.The eigenvalue is used to determine the overall stability of the telescopic boom.In the optimization toolbox,the zero order and first order optimization methods are combined to optimize the telescopic boom of the crane.According to the strength,stiffness and stability,the optimal section shape of the telescopic boom is found,making the telescopic arm material fully utilized and reducing the weight of the telescopic arm.This optimization method greatly reduces the weight of the arm frame of the telescopic boom,and is of great significance to the lifting height of the telescopic boom of the crane and the overall performance of the crane,and also provides a reference value for the design of the large tonnage of the telescopic boom of the truck crane.
