| For the purpose of developing ecological agriculture,reducing the use of pesticides and improving food as well as life quality,and overcoming the disadvantages of the present solar insect killing lamp with high energy consumption at night,low trapping rate of pests,complicated operation and high maintenance cost,an intelligent solar insect killing lamp has been designed and produced,which integrates composite luminous materials,composite color-stimulation and composite sex hormone technologies.First of all,according to the weather software meteonorm7,the solar radiation in most China’s cities was simulated.The results show that it is better to choose solar single crystalline silicon cells in the north-east direction of Wuhan and polysilicon solar cells in the southwestern place.At the same time,Pvsyst PV simulation software was used to calculate the best position and tilt angle at corresponding position.Taking Guizhou Province as an example,the optimal wattage of polysilicon solar cell was calculated to be 50 W,and the 40 Ah of exclusive gel maintenance-free battery was selected.Afterwards,CAD and Catia mechanical drawing software were used to design the appearance of solar insect killing lamp,along with the controller.STM8s105 was taken as the main control chip to make the hardware circuit of the controller so as to achieve intelligent functions such as light control,rain control,time control and voltage protection.CAD was utilized to draw the two-dimensional plane size drawing of solar insect killing lamp,and the products of solar insect killing lamp have been processed on a large scale.On the other hand,the luminescent material powders and gloss oil(at a ratio of 2:8-4:6)were mixed and adjusted to luminescent ink.Then ink was printed on the plastic plate by screen printing,which was changed to luminescent material plate after being air-dried for 1 day.On this basis,the brightness test,waterproof and moisture proof experiment,sunscreen test and effective brightness duration test were conducted on luminescent material plate.At last,the yellow-green and blue luminescent material plates were selected to design luminescent material-based insecticidal lamp system through CAD. |
