The hidden dangers often cause serious consequences in pipeline transportation.Defect detection is an important measure to ensure the safe operation of the industrial pipeline,and ultrasonic guided wave detection is a convenient,efficient and reliable nondestructive testing method.Therefore,it is of high practical value to design an ultrasonic guided wave pipeline defect detection system with independent intellectual property rights.According to the basic theory of ultrasonic guided wave,including the dispersion and multimodal characteristics of the guided wave,the requirements of the excitation signal from pipeline defect detection,the requirements of input channel from sensor features and excitation signal,the performance index of the detection system has been drawn up.According to the performance index of the system,the ultrasonic guided wave pipeline defect detection system based on the renesas R5F52108 processor has been designed.The whole hardware circuit has been designed and made,the complete system control program has been written,and the installation and debugging of the whole machine have been completed.In the hardware design,an ingenious memory control logic circuit has been designed,which enables the four-chip waveform generation memory and four-chip data acquisition memory to work simultaneously or separately.Four independent excitation outputs and four independent signal acquisition have been realized,and excitation and acquisition can work in parallel.In the power part,the over-charge and over-discharge protection circuit and balance circuit of lithium battery have been designed,which greatly improves the battery life.In addition,the standby control circuit has been designed: in the standby state of the device,the power supply of unnecessary circuit is cut off,the power consumption of the whole machine is reduced,and the endurance time of the whole machine is greatly extended.In software design,multi-task modular design method is adopted,the program runs smoothly,and the readability and maintainability are good.Due to the equipment has high rapidity requirements for data acquisition,assembly language has been choosen,the program of data acquisition has been fully optimized,so that the frequency of data acquisition is two times that of the program written in C.After repeated debugging and experiment,the hardware and software of the device were improved and optimized.The experimental results show that the system performance index has reached the set target.In the field test experiment,the waveform detected by the system is consistent with the defects set by the pipeline,which meets the practical requirements.
