Aerospace science and technology has greatly facilitated the exploration of human beings in unknown areas and has become a powerful guarantee for social harmony and national security.Although spacecraft manufacturing,materials,processes,and management have made significant progress,failures continue to occur during launch and operation,causing huge losses.Therefore,the safety and reliability of spacecraft have become an important research field for countries engaged in space activities,and the reliability and life expectancy of key components are the most important ones.First of all,in the face of life prediction and reliability evaluation of key components of spacecraft,this article selects laser,gyroscope and momentum wheel as the main research objects,combines current development and research status,studies its working principle,and analyzes its failure mechanism.The data of each component is used to establish a degradation model,perform simulation analysis,and perform reliability analysis and life prediction.Second,the human-computer interaction model based on the graphical interface is widely used,and all applications can run under the GUI.In the GUIDE development environment,quickly add the required controls,change their appearance,background,size and color,and facilitate the design of the software user interface for life prediction of key components of spacecraft.After finishing the layout,compile the menu and control callback program to complete the life prediction and reliability analysis functions.Finally,because human input data,edit tables,and draw curves,the demand is long and the tasks are repeated,which greatly affects the work efficiency and quality of researchers.Therefore,using a programming tool to automatically generate Word reports saves manpower and saves resources.Using COM technology to complete the sharing of functions between programming tools and different software environments of Word documents,creating a series of operations such as creating,inserting text,table editing,and generating pictures of Word documents,to generate a dedicated graphic and textual life prediction for key parts of spacecraft.The report makes a clearer and clearer presentation of the research results.The life prediction and reliability assessment laboratory of key components of spacecraft is very necessary,and it is very important to effectively evaluate the safety of the control system,accomplish the intended tasks,repair and replace as required,and reduce economic costs.The algorithms involved in this paper have all been simulated and validated.They can be used in practice and have extremely important research value.
