"One Painting One Home" Art Theme Hotel Renovation Design Application Research

According to the new statement on the principle social contradictions in China at present made by Xi Jinping(General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee)in the report of 19 th CPC National Congress: “As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved.What we now face is the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people's ever-growing needs for a better life.”The improvement of the leisure and hospitality sector remains,as part of the people's progressive demand for living a better life.Due to the growing ability of purchase and more critical tastes of consumers,the competition among hotel industry market has shifted the focus to the innovation of art and culture from simply the price,the location and the service.Actually,during the past decade,there have already been a number of art-theme hotels stood out by satisfying the needs of people spiritually.Therefore,it is necessary to create an atmosphere for customers to enjoy and experience the art during their stay in the hotel,so that the life of customers can be refreshed by the gentle pace of living in the hotel.The target of project is the refurbishment and transformation of Hotel City Inn of Yunlian Hotel.By combining the market analysis on existing art-theme hotels with literature review of domestic and foreign references,the relevant theoretical knowledge and the principle of art-theme hotel are extracted.Herein,the renovation design of the hotel is proposed by the author accordingly.Based on the analysis of market inspections and renovations,following four aspects are summarized for the Yunlian Hotel improvement: according to the requirements of Party A,repositioning and renaming the project hotel.According to the requirements of Party A's renovation,the project hotel was repositioned and the hotel was named.Starting from the concept of an art hotel,“comfortable living,artistic life” was taken as the theme of the hotel transformation,and the fusion of culture and art with the new model of artistic experience was merged with it.Cross-border cooperation will combine economic entities with the art industry to form a new type of business model to meet the needs of modern people for living and personalities,and to create a new form of hotel space that is both beautiful and comfortable and has an artistic experience.Through the transformation,we will try to build Yunlian Hotels into high-end and cost-effective hotels.According to the ergonomics theory,the four-story space is re-integrated and planned.The first-floor space gives people a feeling of art,nature and comfort.The space includes the on-site cafeteria,lobby,leisure area,cafe and artistic experience area,etc.The floor and the four-story guest rooms are different in thematic styles in different painting styles.By differentiating furniture,color matching,and material use,the room theme is different,and the room space brings fresh living to the consumers by changing the works and artwork from time to time.A sense of experience is used to build the theme and create a cultural and artistic atmosphere...
