Chinese urbanization provides good opportunities for architectural design of brand stores,it also offers opportunities for building designers.Store building and display the city's image has formed an important role to highlight the brand personality.In the design field of the building skin of franchised stores,the design concept of "new,creative and beautiful" has formed,and the techniques used in the design of architectural skin become more and more diversified.In the commercial district,the building of the brand store has become an important part of the architectural design,and also has significant influence on the sales of the franchised store.From the exterior design point of view it,not only determines the quality of the store,but also has a significant impact on the character of a city.In the traditional commercial buildings,the surface has been unable to meet the needs of the audience in the consumer society,such as the overall requirements of the building skin experience.This article will take the architectural skin of the brand store as the research object,and through the analysis of the architectural skin design development and the development of the brand store design,it is confirmed that there is indeed an impact between the visual effect of the skin and the consumer interest generated by the brand.Based on this,the paper also uses case studies to summarize the architectural skin design techniques from the aspects of the structure,materials and colors of the epidermis,analyzes the expression process of the deep semantics of the architectural skin,and establishes the architectural skin as the building Value,manifested in the commercial characteristics of the skin and the promotion of the brand value,is aimed at discovering the design ideas and strategies of the building skin of the brand store,and helping the public to appreciate the distinctiveness of the commercial building skin.In the development and application of the architectural skin design of the brand store,influenced by the consumer culture,the division of the brand hierarchy will be highlighted.The design of the skin should conform to the style,taste and cognitive level of the brand's main customer groups.With the changes in the function of the contemporary architectural skin from the aesthetic changes and technological advances,the future will be ecological,cultural,technological and fashionable in the design of the architectural skin,and the architectural skin design of the store Full implementation of brand spirit,better cater to consumer culture.
