| In recent years,with the economy growing,people’s living conditions are getting better.Accordingly,Obesity occurs in more and more people,which may caused many diseases such as hyperlipidemia and hypertension.In addition,The pressure of life is getting heavier and faster,and these factors have also increased the incidence of hypertension.According to statistics,the incidence of cardiovascular disease in China continues to rise,and shows a trend of youthfulness.All of these make more and more people pay attention to their own physical conditions and promote public health awareness.However,the traditional blood pressure measurement equipment is bulky,inconvenient to measure and not conducive to real-time monitoring,the new continuous blood pressure measurement system requires measuring the ECG.Therefore,after analyzing the original blood pressure measuring device,this paper designs a continuous blood pressure measurement system based on pulse wave and photoelectric sensor.The medical principle of continuous blood pressure measurement,hardware design scheme,signal analysis and processing,establishment and calculation of blood pressure calculation model are described.First,this article describes how the pulse wave is generated,the specific physiological information contained in the pulse waveform,and the history of blood pressure measurement using the pulse wave volume.Based on the characteristics of the volume continuous blood pressure measurement system,this article designs and manufactures photoelectric pulse wave signal sensors,MCU control calculation circuits,power supply,sampling circuits,bluetooth and other hardware modules.Thus,the pulse wave signal is relatively completely measured and recorded.Second,we design the software systems.In the system,the wavelet transform is used to remove the baseline drift in the signal,and then the wavelet transform is used to extract various characteristic parameters in the pulse wave signal,and a good foundation for the next blood pressure calculation is laid.Finally,with the overcome of the disadvantages of estimating blood pressure based on the pulse wave velocity,an estimation measured model of the blood pressure is established based on a stepwise regression method.Different blood pressure prediction models have been established for different genders.Through two sets of comparative experiments,it was verified that the accuracy of the new blood pressure measurement model for measuring blood pressure was improved compared with the original pulse wave velocity measurement method,and the measurement error range was within the AAMI standard requirements,which proved the feasibility and accuracy of this measurement system for continuous blood pressure measurement.In this paper,a continuous blood pressure measurement system based on photoplethysmography is designed.The hardware system is light and compact,it can easily measure the pulse wave signal,denoise the measured signal,extract feature values.Then the final measurement mode are proposed based on the hardware system.The comparison experiment confirmed that the blood pressure measurement system has good feasibility and reliability for continuously measuring blood pressure.Compared to the pulse-wave velocity method,the biggest advantage of this system is that it does not require measuring the ECG. |
