| With the rapid development of high-speed railway technology in China,High-speed railway has become an important postcard of our country,carring a huge international effect.Now,electric locomotives obtain electricity from the contact network through the roof,is the main power source of high-speed railway in China.The contact network is not only a wire,but also includes the segmented insulator,anchor segment joint,electrical connection and other important contact network equipment.The relationship between the electric bow and the contact network is one of the key links in high-speed railway.In terms of the actual equipment operation and maintenance experience of the contact network,the segmented insulator,which is an important part of the contact network,is often the disaster area affected by the failure of the electric bow and the contact network.The pantograph catenary system in the event of failure,not only will cause the bad electric locomotive by flow,damage the pantograph in the equipment of electric locomotive,such as causing unstable operation,it will cause the train cannot be more serious when flow,loss of power source,causes the trains,will cause significant losses to the country.In this paper,based on the key point of the study of bow network,the mechanical analysis of the bow net system starts.This paper analyzes the local process of the subsection insulator through the subsection insulator in the bow network system.The paper hopes to provide reference for the development of electrified railway in China and the daily maintenance of contact network.The present paper firstly introduces the current situation of the research on the relationship between domestic and foreign bow networks.Then based on the characteristics of the bow network,the principle of the electrocuted bow is analyzed.The mechanical model of electric bow is established.Then the contact network system is introduced.In this paper,the contact wire vibration and velocity are analyzed,and the mechanical model of the contact network is introduced,and the model of the electric bow-contact network system is established.Introduce the segmented insulators currently used in China.The mechanical model of the process of the subsection insulator is analyzed.According to the model,based on the parameters of the subsection insulator,the force data of the electric bow is calculated and the structural parameter suggestion is proposed.Combined with the testing data of the operating equipment,the comparison analysis was carried out to verify the proposal. |
