With the rapid development of industrial civilization and the continuous improvement of social productivity,we have made remarkable economic development,but also paid a huge cost of resources and environment.It has become a trend to develop "resource-conserving,environment-friendly" rail transit vehicles.As an important part of vehicle energy consumption,interior lighting has greatly promoted its intelligent design and popularization.On the one hand,it can improve the utilization of resources,reduce the energy consumption of vehicles,on the other hand,can improve the passenger ride experience and comfort.In this paper,the design and implementation of intelligent lighting system for metro vehicles are studied and discussed in detail.Taking a metro vehicle project in a suburb as an example,this paper uses photoelectric integrated sensor to collect the illumination in real time,then compares it with the standard value,and outputs the PWM modulation waveform to control the switch of the lighting lamp power supply.Thus,the luminance of the lighting lamp can be adjusted to ensure the constant illumination in the guest room and to achieve the purpose of energy saving.In this paper,the design process of intelligent lighting system is divided into four parts: demand analysis,system design,structure design and simulation calculation.Finally,the optical parameters such as illumination and uniformity are verified by test.It is concluded that the intelligent lighting system meets the requirements.
