Abstract/Summary:
As a new type of green light source,LED is leading the development trends of future lighting field.LED interior lighting products are also becoming more popular and fully replace the traditional interior lighting products.However,the limitations of LED light source itself make it difficult to meet today’s people requirements on lighting products of being high efficient,energy saving,comfortable and healthy.The emergence of microstructure like spherical microlens and the polymeric material of its array structure provides a new solution to solve this problem.The array structure of microstructure on the surface provides the polymeric material with efficient diffusion,diffuse reflection and other functions,which makes it the preferred light distribution material for secondary optical design of LED light source.Based on the LED interior lighting with light distribution material of microlens array structure and through theoretical research,experimental comparison,simulation and other means,this paper builds the model which is used to evaluate the optical performance of the microlens array structure to conduct research and evaluation on light efficiency and comfort of interior lighting products based on microstructure light distribution material;carry outstudies on the design,manufacture and optical properties of LED lamps based on microstructure light distribution materials.On the basis of deeply studying the optical properties and regularity of microstructure light distribution materials,firstly this paper innovatively designed a new type of LED lightings based on the combination of polymer surface microlens array structure diffuse reflection material and specular reflector plate,and obtained a new type of lighting fixture form with both light efficiency and lighting comfort;meanwhile,the method of replacing the traditional light distribution material with the microstructure light distribution material is studied.Through the simulation and experiment analysis of the existing LED interior office lamps,the structure of new type lamp that can adapt to the microstructure light distribution material is realized,the key parameters are optimized,and the regularities are summarized.The above research work is of reference value for the design of LED interior lighting system based on microstructure light distribution material.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the characteristics of micro-lens structural units on the surface of micro-structured light-distributing material,the light propagation model of microstructure diffuse reflectance material and microstructure diffusion material was built;Monte Carlo ray tracing analysis is carried out on the LED lighting fixture through the optical analysis software Light Tools.The illumination distribution,luminous flux and other basic light distribution parameters were obtained to optimize the light distribution system design;(2)Intensively study the LED interior lighting design requirements and principles.Through the shortcomings analysis of the current stage of LED interior lighting,the lamp function and design positioning are clarified and a new type of LED lamps is designed based on the combination of microstructure light distribution materials and mirror-reflective material.Through the simulation of the optical performance of this lamp,optical experiments,model building and optical performance evaluation,the basic principle and method of LED interior lighting system design based on microstructure light distribution material are proposed.(3)Combining the theoretical knowledge of photobiological effects and through measuring the changes of pupil area,the speed of recognition and the changing rate of blood pressure,pulse and other physiological indexes in different LED lamps,the comfort of the three kinds of LED lamps were compared and analyzed to obtain the quantitative influencing factors of LED interior lighting on the user both physiologically and psychologically,and thus providing methods and basis for the design and evaluation of LED interior lighting comfort level.(4)With the LED interior office lamps as the main research object and the microstructure light diffuse reflective material and microstructure light diffusion material as the light distribution material of the secondary optical design,the grille lamp,straight down flat lamp,and other three LED office lamps are redesigned to respectively carry out luminous efficiency,luminousflux,beam angle and other experimental measurements,and to analyze the experimental results.(5)Reasonably and positively speculate and look into the future trend of LED interior lighting through proceeding from the design principles and the current development stage of LED interior lighting system.Meanwhile,combining with the research results of the physical characteristics and photobiological effects of the light distribution materials,guided by the modern industrial design methodology,and aiming at realizing the organic integration of advanced science and technology and artistic modeling,promote,copy and utilize the working principle and design principle of lamps based on microlens array structure light distribution material,and design the styles of commonly used LED interior lighting lighting in order to achieve the serial development of LED lamps based on microstructure light distribution material,and lay the foundation for future LED interior lighting design.
