With the improvement of people's living standard,the number of cars increases year by year.Although the car brings great convenience to people ' s travel,it also brings the the safety problem of for children to take it.It is not applicable to children and unable to protect the safety of children to take car for the measures of adult seat belts and airbag protection.Therefore,the rational use of safety seats in car for children can not only effectively protect the children's safety,but also free the hands of parents.However,with the rapid development of science and technology,enterprises are scrambling to design products that meet the needs of users in the shortest time to seize the market.As a result,the application of digital design solves this problem.Through the application of digital design,in this paper,it analyzes and improves the digital information model to achieve the purpose of optimizing the product design.The specific research work is as follows:First,in this paper,it takes digital design as the breakthrough point,studies the related theory of digital design,the key technology of digital design and the advantages of digital design compared with traditional design,which thus lays a theoretical foundation for the digital design of automobile children's safety seat.Second,it studies the use condition of automobile children's safety seats,and the special physiological structure of children,as a result,it puts forward the design of car children's safety seats suitable for children aged 10 months to 4 years old,which solves some problems such as the complication of installation,the occupation of seat space,so as to optimize the process of using and installing.Finally,on the basis of the above research,a digital information model is established to design the car seat for children aged 10 months to 4 years old.It reduces the design cost and shortens the design cycle,so that the design is more accurate,more in line with the needs of people.It is expected that the research results in this paper will provide theoretical reference to the designers and producers for the design of children's safety seats in car.Therefore,it can provide more choices for users when they purchase the products,and provide more convenience for them in the process of using.
