As one of the classical mathematical curves,cycloid is widely studied in the field of mathematics and physics.In the research of mechanical discipline,domestic research starts late and the heat is not high because of the limitation of domestic processing equipment and technology.The cycloid transmission results mainly concentrated in Japan and Germany,the corresponding new products export to China and the formation of a monopoly of domestic strict technical blockade seriously affect the industrial security of our country.With the improvement of domestic precision machining and machining hardened processing technology,the cycloid theoretical research in the transmission field gradually warming up.In recent years,many scholars have proposed some new cycloid transmission device and developed the corresponding products used in the industrial field.This master thesis had obtained the fund support of Hubei Province Science and Technology Support Program(No.DXCY2015000243),Wuhan Huanghe Talent Program(No.2014)and Huangpi Mulan Talent Program(No.2013).Based on the long-term research and summary of cycloid theory and cycloid transmission,according to the principle and transmission characteristics of the gear profile,summarized a new type cycloid transmission theory,deduced a new type of cycloidal coupling mechanism and developed two new cycloid transmission device based on this theory.This master thesis studyed the cylinder rolling element uniformly distributed along the circumference participate in engaged fixed axle transmission,based on the envelope theory,took the disc which its circumference is uniformly distributed with cylindrical rolling elements as the cutting tool,revealed the gear profile generation principle on the different cycloid.In the meshing process of new type cycloid transmission,the traditional gear sliding was replaced by the rolling of cylindrical roller and meshing surface,which have higher accuracy,efficiency,coincidence degree and more stability without impact.Research object of this master thesis was the mesh transmission with cylinder rolling element uniformly distributed along the circumference,putted forward two new types cycloid transmission as supplment,there were two research objects: one was a supplement to the planar transmission,the high precision arc rack transmission is a planar fixed axis rotary linear transmission mechanism,which is characterized by smooth curved contour of arc rack gear profile;the second was the deriven from plane to space,cylindrical cam lateral transmission mechanism is a spatial fixed axis transmission mechanism,the special point is the multi circle spiral surface of the cylindrical cam which is matched with the cylindrical roller gear disk.This master thesis focuses on the occurrence principle,motion simulation and transmission coupling mechanism.Developed the high precision arc rack transmission mechanism and the cylindrical cam lateral transmission mechanism based on the theory.The full thesis studied the two subjects and obtained some research results:1.Put forward the high precision arc rack transmission mechanism,took high precision arc rack transmission mechanism research as the starting point,simplifid the transmission model and establish mathematical model,choosen motion method and graphic method,the gear profile normal method and the envelope method to study the new type of planar transmission meshing and draw a conclusion.Draw the sketch of the meshing transmission based on the MATLAB drawing program,calculated the contact equation and gear profile equation,explained the principle of the gear profile.At the same time,discussed the relationship between the coincidence degree and the height of the rack and the roller number,and the 3D modeling and dynamic simulation of the mechanism were given.Based on the theoretical study and the 3D printing technology,conducted the rapid prototyping of samples,and successfully applied to three direction motion mechanism of 3D printing equipment.2.Put forward the cylindrical cam lateral transmission mechanism,developed a variety of transmission forms,successfully developed the gearless reducer and applied in industry.Based on the research of high precision arc rack transmission,research the spatial profile with the motion method,graphic method,the principle of conjugate surfaces and the space envelope theory.The results showed that the different theories and the simplified model have a great influence on the spatial profile.The numerical treatment and visualization of the surface was processed and the results showed that the conclusions basically consistent.Draw cam contour line and spiral surface,completed the virtual design and motion simulation based on Pro/E and ADMAS.It was applied to the industrial field based on the theoretical research.Design the gearless reducer and conducted the trial production.The physical properties of the production were tested and verified.The results show that the cylindrical cam lateral transmission mechanism is feasible,and the transmission performance is remarkable.
