With the in-depth of the socialist economic system reformation and the Market economic system,the normalized goods transportation between the mainland center cities and the cities off the coast have been shaped.River-sea-through transportation in Yangtze river plays an important role in it,and becomes the powerhouse in the shipping industry gradually.This transportation has its own advantages,in addition to door-to-door,it also has shorter transport cycle,less cost and less goods damage.because of these,this way of transport acquires much more attention from our gorvernment than before.Studying how to optimize the River-sea-through container liner route of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river can promt a leap of water transportation from inland port to the harbour,and promote the formation in this area,and response the call of this coutry.On the other hand,it is also important to choose an oppropriate way to using the existion resources to finish the transport task and meet customer's requestes,at the same time,to gain the lowest cost and larger benefits of energy conservation and emissions reduction.In this paper,the main routes and its channel conditions,the terminal contions and the main ship types has been analysed first to instruct River-sea-through transportation is more available than river-sea coordinated transportion,then analysis the transportation demand.The next step,establish principal components model to choose the main ports.On the basis of these,establish opimize model,by meeting the demand of the transportation and with the target of gaining the lowest operation costs of the line,to acquire the optimal solution,and finally compare the score of targets and environmental protection.When using the model below to solve practice problems,this paper investigating the container liner system of river-sea-through in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangze river,then culculate the generation of container,and forest this number to the year of 2020.After modeling and culculating,the number of feasible routes from the port along the middle and lower reaches to ShangHai and to NingBo have been resulted out,and then acquire the optimal routes and its operating cost,and its energy conservation and emissions reduction.and last,compare these two Sea-River-through system to discover which is more oppropriate.
