The Study Of Motor Vehicle Driver Training Business Model Selection

With China's continuous economic growth,the national living standard is increasing day by day.The private car market began to boom,driving the prosperity of driving training market.The driving training industry has become a sunrise industry.However,due to driver training market access threshold is not highand the rapid influx of capital markets.The large number of driver training throughout the enterprise,but varies greatly in quality.And at the end of 2015 Ministry of Public Security,the Ministry released "self-tests" signal together.It's also a challenge to the driver training enterprises.Nowadays,driver training enterprises urgently need to think about the future development.In this paper,motor vehicle driver training enterprises as the main part.The driving training mode selection of enterprise management are studied,analyzed of the factors affecting driving training enterprise management mode selection,determined the method and the model of mode selection,for the enterprise provides the theory and method of using for reference.The paper based on the driving training enterprise business model on the basis of relevant theoretical research.First of all,on the basis of the traditional management pattern classification,motor vehicle driver training management mode of enterprise can be divided into the car designed training function of single model,the car designed training multi-function model,many models of the single function models and models more multi-purpose,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of four kinds of patterns.Secondly,from the internal and external factors affecting the analysis of qualitative and quantitative selection mechanism analysis two aspects of driving training mode selection of enterprise management mechanism analysis.Then,based on the internal and external influencing factors on enterprise management mode choice analysis,the paper from investment capacity of resources,management capacity,risk tolerance,development strategy,policy environment,economic environment,industry environmentand so on seven aspects 28 indexes constitute the index system.Because some indicators' repetition,using rough set reduced the index system.Then selected the fuzzy measure as the fuzzy integral method of the object for the driving training enterprise management pattern choice model.Finally,J company as an example for the empirical analysis,chose the car designed training multi-function model for optimum J company's business model.The paper in the establishment of driver training within and outside index system of the business mode selection.The rough set attribute reduction function of the initial indicators were screened to obtain a relatively simple and practical indicators.Moreover,pioneered the introduction of fuzzy integral and fuzzy measure in driver training business model selection,making business mode selection evaluation system more perfect.By using the theory of scientific method,combined with the actual,for driving enterprise operators and managers to choose the suitable business model.It's has important practical significance for driving the development of enterprises.
