Abstract/Summary:
In response to the increasingly severe problem of energy shortages and environmental pollution,most countries are promoting pure electric vehicles.Three key technologies that affect the development of pure electric vehicles are battery technology,motor technology and vehicle control technology.The maturity of vehicle control technology will directly affect the performance of the vehicle.This paper mainly studies the vehicle control technology.Firstly,we studied the vehicle control strategy in detail by reading a large number of related literatures.We subdivided the vehicle control strategy into seven parts.They respectively are: the acquisition and diagnostic strategy of input signal,the vehicle operating mode management strategy,power on and power off management strategy,vehicle torque management strategy,fault handling strategy,attachment control strategy,driving comfort treatment strategy.The whole vehicle torque management strategy is the focus of the vehicle control strategy.The vehicle torque management strategy includes drive torque management strategy and brake torque management strategy.The braking torque management strategy also relates to the distribution of mechanical braking torque and recovery braking torque.Secondly,we built the vehicle control strategy model of pure electric vehicle by using MATLAB/SIMULINK software.The model is simulated and debugged by inputting different signal.We built the vehicle model of pure electric vehicle by using AVL-CRUISE software.The construction process of the vehicle model includes constructing model frame,inputting vehicle data,mechanical and electrical connection,signal data connection.After that,the CRUISE model of the original pure electric vehicle without vehicle control function was obtained.Thirdly,aiming at the original pure electric vehicle CRUISE model,which does not contain complete vehicle control function,the vehicle power and economic performance simulation are carried out.Then,the Joint simulation of the original pure electric vehicle CRUISE model and the vehicle control strategy SIMULINK model was carried out.Simulation content includes: vehicle economic performance analysis under NEDC cycle,and accelerating performance analysis.From the simulation results,The whole vehicle control strategy is helpful to improve the dynamic performance and economic performance of pure electric vehicle.Finally,we got the embedded code from the control strategy model of the pure electric vehicle by using automatic code generation technology of SIMULINK software.Thus,the application layer code of the vehicle controller software is formed.
