With the rapid development of cities in our country, commuting distances of urban residents are getting longer and longer.Taking into account the high cost of living near urban employment centers, more and more residents choose to live in more remote areas and bear in order to reduce their living costs Longer commute distance. The relationship between jobs-housing Spatial distribution is an important factor affecting residents' commute distance.China's research on this area mainly uses the empirical analysis of traditional cities in transition period to explore the influence of our country's unique policy system and other factors on the commuting distance of residents, while ignoring the urban space the rapid expansion of the emerging cities and urban-rural dual system left behind by the village-village and residents commuting distance relationship. From the study of the urban village, the research changes from the negative evaluation to the positive advantage. Most people think that urban villages provide low-cost housing for low-income workers.Based on this, some scholars, based on intuition and a small amount of survey data, said that living in urban villages has a positive effect on reducing commuting distance. In view of the above two aspects, taking the residents of commercial housing as the reference object, this paper compares the commuting distance characteristics with the residents in the urban village and analyzes the differences of the same influential factors on the two groups of residents. In the aspect of data processing, this paper adopts multi-source and full-sample data to match and space the residence of residents.Based on Shenzhen road network data,a traffic network model is established to calculate the actual commuting distance of residents. In the calculation of the indicators of occupational and residential balance, taking the Shenzhen spatial basic grid as the basic unit, using the two-step mobile search method enhanced by gravity model to calculate employment accessibility, considering the characteristics of employment behavior, searching for employment opportunities and employment within the city Demand, breaking the limits of the research cell boundaries of traditional indicators of jobs-housing balance.Through data statistics, this paper finds that the average commuting distance of residents in Shenzhen city is higher than the average commuting distance of residents in ordinary commercial buildings in most classification ways.In order to explain this phenomenon, this article mainly explains from two aspects of jobs-housing balance and living cost Residents of urban village commuter longer distance reasons. From a jobs-housing balance perspective, the spatial distribution of urban villages in Shenzhen is less balanced and most of the villages in urban areas are located in areas with poor accessibility to employment. As a result, the commuting distance of residents is longer. From the viewpoint of residential cost,When the village and commercial housing residents save the same amount of living cost, the increase in the commuting distance of residents in the villages in the villages shows that the average commuting distance for urban residents in villages is greater when they need to pay more commuting costs.Based on the analysis of multi-source and full-sample data, this paper breaks the traditional concept of reducing commuting distance of residents in urban village and analyzes the reason of residents commuting long distance in Shenzhen city.Based on an understanding of the urban development in Shenzhen City, urban villages in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone with better accessibility to employment will not be able to avoid the trend of upgrading. The improvement of public transport facilities in the densely populated areas outside the SAR is the solution to the commuting of long-distance commuter residents The necessary means of the status quo.
