Study On Countermeasure Of HTC's Quality Management Improvement

In response to changing market and rising customer standards,quality management has become the core power of equipment manufacturers to seize market share.In this paper,the quality management of Harbin Turbine Company Limited(hereafter called “HTC”)is taken as the research object,and the quality management problems exposed by HTC are analyzed,and the causes of the problem are discussed in depth.First of all,this paper elaborates the research background,significance and literature review on quality management.Secondly,this paper discusses the quality management of HTC from several aspects such as internal quality information,external quality information and quality cost.On the basis of this,the author analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of the clear function of the quality management department,etc.Thirdly,this paper puts forward the optimization plan of quality management of HTC.Under the guidance of the principles of scientificity and operability,quality management of HTC are improved from the aspects of clarifying the functions of quality management department,intensifying product R&D,etc.Finally,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of improving the quality management of HTC from three aspects: strengthening the construction of quality culture of HTC,carrying out the construction of quality management information and strengthening the construction of human resources of quality management.
