BIM-based Research On Project Cost Management In Harbin Airport Office Building

The project cost management is the most important part of the project management process.The ultimate goal of project management is to reduce the cost on the basis of guaranteeing the project quality.In recent years with the development of the project management industry,cost management system is also constantly improving.However,there are still many problems in the cost management of the current project implementation stage.For example,discontinuous management process,backward management mode,hard to obtain the data,the data is difficult to realize sharing and collaborative management.This will affect the efficiency of project cost management.This paper first analyzes the whole process of the cost management of the traditional project implementation stage,and finds out the existing problems in the cost management process.Then,it analyzes the applicability and feasibility of the BIM tool and designs the cost management process based on BIM.Based on this process,the implementation stage cost management system of Harbin airport office building project is constructed.To ensure that the system platform function is better implemented,A system of BIM implementation has been established from the corporate management level,With the implementation of BIM on the auxiliary technical level,and based on the empirical analysis of the application of BIM technology in project cost management from project bidding stage,construction preparation stage,construction stage and completion acceptance stage,Furthermore,the application value of BIM tools in the project implementation stage cost management is further proved,and the problems are also found in operation and Suggestions are given.Now,the construction industry is exploring BIM's new landing site,Therefore,based on the construction cost management system of Harbin airport office building,this paper has some reference to all construction projects,for better implementation of engineering cost management refinement,standardization provides a good theoretical basis and practical examples.
