The Application Of BIM Technology On Cost Management Of Anhui Province Urban And Rural Planning Exhibition Hall In Implementation Stage

In the engineering construction project management, cost management is the most important, which is also one of the difficult points of project management. Cost management cycle is long and covers every stage of the project construction, which is directly related to the costs and benefits. Therefore, each project cost management is facing the huge amounts of data and calculation is complex. Since reform and opening up, China's cost management system has been improved. Valuation model and valuation tools are innovative and the engineering cost management system with Chinese characteristics has preliminarily been established. However, some problems still exist, such as cost management mode in our country and the market, the separation engineering information to share, the lack of nationwide unified standards, and elaborating the concept of cost management, etc. Most of the engineering cost management software is still in a single, a single set of quota valuation software. Cost management is still limited in advance of bidding and afterwards settlement stage, which can't do it for the whole process of cost management and control.In this paper, aiming at the problems existing in the engineering cost management in our country, combining with the current's burgeoning BIM technology, the method to solve the problem that engineering information is difficult to share is discussed. Meanwhile, the cost management research in implementation stage based on BIM technology is the key of this paper.This paper's main research content is as follows:1) Making a research on the development of the present construction market, then, focusing on the development and application of BIM technology in domestic and foreign situation, finally, summarizes the law.2) Describing the relevant theories of building information model, mainly including technical connotation, the core idea and implementation method, analyzed the role of BIM technology in the construction process of information transfer. Then, the related theory of construction project cost management are discussed in this paper, expounds the comprehensive cost management theory. At last, the paper introduces the common BIM cost software, and compares the function of the software.3) For a specific project, how to implement cost management better in the project design, bidding, construction and completion phase with the application of BIM technology is the research emphasis in this paper. Combined with some specific methods, such as collision detection of design stage, construction stage 5 d plan, etc., cost management ideas is stated in detail based on the application of BIM. In order to make a better use of BIM for cost management, this paper also conducts a study for uniform modeling standards.4) Using the practical cases for example introduces 5DBIM modeling process, including to the creation of a building structure model and mechanical and electrical system model. Then, the process of cost management and the obtained benefits based on the application of BIM technology are expounded when the project is in bidding and construction.According to the research results of this paper, the main conclusion is summarizes and then some problems to be solved are put forward. For the BIM technology in construction cost management encountered obstacles and challenges, and the development trend of BIM in the construction industry in the future, do the analysis of the system, and at the end of the article also wants to help the masses of the industry participants.
