As one part of the most important test equipment of the multi freedom degree simulator,the limited angle rotary three-axis turntable can provide precise three axial angular position and angular rate,the accuracy of turntable system determines the semi-physical simulation experiment and the accuracy of the test.Therefore,to provide more accurate test and measurement environment,it is very important to identify each error of the turntable.For the three-axis turntable which can fully rotate,the test method is quite mature nowadays,but the turntable mentioned in this paper can not fully rotate.So the traditional test and calculate method can not be used in the data analysis.According to the questions mentioned above,the instrument such as level,autocollimator,theodolite,24-face angular polygon are put into the measurement,meanwhile,the least square method is raised for the err ors calculate and analysis of the three-axis turntable.To the wobble error,a new and more reasonable data processing method which can make the test result closer to the true value is raised,that is,consider the effect of the first harmonic resonance to the axis comprehensively,and calculate the result of the wobble error.To the verticality error,based on the knowledge of error propagation,the error model of the three-axis turntable is established.Then establish the error matrix of the adjacent body,the verticality error can be derived,finally the accuracy analysis is made to prove that the measurement can meet the demand.For the intersection error of the limited angle rotary three-axis turntable,a new test and calculate meathod is also raised,that is,to use theodolite to get the test data and to use the autocollimator,24-face polygon for angle monitoring,and intersection error can be caculated with the least square method,the actual test can prove this method's feasibility.Finally,according to the error integration,distribute the errors based on identical tolerance grade and the total errors analysis for the equipment were distributed which proves that method mentioned above can meet the requirement.
