In the high latitudes,the freezing of rivers and oceans not only blocks channel and influence waterway transportation and,but may cause damage to transwater bridges and hydraulic structures.Flow ice impact bridge pier and inspire the vibration of bridge structure.In serious cases,it may cause engineering accidents,economic losses and casualties.Based on the consideration of the safety of bridges,it is necessary to carry out relevant research on the force of flow ice.In this paper,through the mechanical test,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the research on the interaction between river ice row and piers in cold regions is carried out.The specific research contents include the following four aspects.(1)Experimental research on the mechanical properties of river ice is conducted.Through the unconfined uniaxial compression test of river ice,the variation law of the mechanical properties of river ice under multiple factors was analyze d.(2)Study the interaction mechanism between ice and structure.Starting from the mechanical properties and structural conditions of ice,the types,conditions and characteristics of the interaction between ice and structure are summarized.Based on the theory of self-excited vibration,the steady-state vibration simulation is programmed by MATLAB.(3)The finite element method is utilized to simulate the interaction of ice and bridge piers.ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the impact and impact of ice on the bridge piers,and the damage patterns of the ice row impacting piers under various conditions were studied to extract data such as energy changes,interaction forces,bridge pier structure response,etc.Influence of Mechanical Properties and Structure Conditions on Dynamic Interaction of Flow Ice and Bridge Piers.The research of the project will lay a theoretical foundation for improving the ice design specification for bridge design,and also provide technical reserves and useful lessons for the design,operation,and maintenance of bridges in cold regions.It will also have important application value and social significance to improve the service performance and safety level of the bridge structure throughout its life cycle.
